Located on the site of the old Vickers Ruwolt industrial manufacturing facility, at the corner of Victoria and Burnley Streets, the centre comprises a new retail complex of some 50,000 square metres, with underground and above ground car parking for approximately 3,000 cars and a new boutique cinema centre.
