This building comprises 38 levels of post-tensioned concrete floors, supported on reinforced concrete columns and walls.
The first of a series of high-rise apartment towers, there are three levels of podium retail, commercial and carparking, with home office type apartments. Minimal transfers were achieved by Bonacci Group working closely with the architect in the planning phase to ensure that all tower structures continue through into basement carparks. Below ground are three levels of carparking which utilise a secant pile wall cut-off system to resist the 7.5m of water head above.
