A 55 storey residential building in the heart of the Sydney CBD. Detailed wind tunnel testing and computer analysis was carried out to ensure that the core and outrigger wall systems were structurally sufficient to resist the applied wind loads and that the serviceability requirements of lateral drift and accelerations were within acceptable limits for human occupation.
