Extensive use of precast load bearing walls was made to improve buildability and quality of finish.

The Melburnian

The project takes up an entire city block and comprises three basement levels and a ground level podium.

There are two identical mirror imaged residential towers of 26-storeys, which have a side core, flat plate floors, which are partially post-tensioned.

A residential Garden Tower of eight levels extends along St. Kilda Road and has an extensive and elaborate forecourt roof.

Along Grant Street, there are eight terrace apartments, which are built partially above the City Link (Domain) Tunnel. Each of these apartments has its own lift.

Bonacci Group provided full civil and structural consulting engineering services, including documentation of a number of façade elements.
