The site is located near corner of George and Harris Streets, Broadway. Development consists of six storey residential apartment building fronting Harris St and a 20 storey residential apartment building fronting George St. Residential apartments building are located over a deep six storey basement. Buildings have been designed to allow a truck loading bay seven metres wide to extend under the tower building so that trucks can load/unload on site rather than in the heavily trafficked Harris Street.
