The warehouse floor slab, which is some 24,000 square metres, was constructed using a burnished post-tensioned slab on ground, with a "super-flat" floor finish.
This warehouse development is currently being used by Kellogg’s Australia as a delivery, storage and distribution centre. The development consists of a steel framed portal warehouse, with horizontally stacked precast wall cladding, a two storey office and a canopy hardstand area.
