The Snack Brands Distribution Centre at Smithfield includes a 12,000 square metre steel framed warehouse that has a burnished post-tensioned slab on the ground. The project also incorporates a two storey office building and a 2,100 square metre steel framed canopy area.

Buildings include chipper building, refiner, blender, production line, rough cut line, finishing line, board conditioning storage, product storage and offices.

A $35 million industrial distribution centre consisting of 4,100 square metres of a high bay warehouse, 9,400 square metres of low-rise warehousing and 2,400 square metres of single level office building.

Bonacci Group designed the main filter building at Phosphate Hill and the $35 million port facilities in Townsville. The main filter building is 20 metres high, with the filter floor 10 metres above ground. It included four 7.5 tonne SWL monorails running longitudinally over each filter and one transverse monorail with a 15 tonne capacity.
