Edge beams were introduced to support the curtain wall and also to provide moment resiting frames for earthquake resistance.
A high tech suburban office building in the heart of the technology park area of North Ryde. Consisting of two separate office wings joined by a circular core. Open plan office space with 8.4m grids over five floors with two below ground parking levels. Floors were designed as post tensioned flat plates.
