This landmark project is valued at $600 million as was serviced by a large number of consultants including seven different architects.
The QV Development is the most diverse mixed-use development in the country and, encompassing an entire city block, QV will consist of two commercial office buildings, two residential towers, approximately 1,500 carpark spaces and a four-level podium of retail stores that will extend around all four street frontages. Bonacci Group was the sole structural engineer and serviced this project with two project directors, two project engineers and an engineering and drafting support staff of up to 12. The successful delivery was achieved by providing a relatively small number of highly skilled and motivated staff, minimising staff management and maximising client outcomes.
