Tower structures consisted of post-tensioned band beams with metal tray formwork one-way slabs spanning between band beams.

An extensive suburban office park development consisting of two office towers (seven and five storeys respectively) and a medical centre/restaurant area along a lakeside boardwalk. Two below-ground levels of carparking below the water table/lake level required specialist detailing for hydrostatic pressures and to prevent uplift on podium slabs.
