Steel-framed nine-level refinery building of 4,500 square metres floor area. The documentation was prepared in consultation with the contractor for a "design and construct" contract. The contract had a very short construction period, and all documentation was completed on schedule within 21 days, including close liaison with the refinery equipment manufacturer in Belgium.
