Tim Hoare
Key Competencies
Structural design and design coordination of design teams on major projects in all industry sectors including residential, retail, commercial, hotels, public infrastructure and entertainment. Particular emphasis on the design coordination of high rise structures and on heavy industrial plant and equipment facilities.
Utilizing his past trade related experience Tim can also provide expert guidance into the fabrication, welding procedures and production side of large steel structures. Tim also has extensive experience in the assessment of existing structures and in the provision of Technical Due Diligence (TDD) and adaptive re-use activities.

Terry Memory
Key Competencies
As a Director of a specialist structural design consultancy, Terry typically works within a multi-disciplinary team and indeed it is rare for him not to. These teams typically include mechanical, civil, acoustic and odour control engineers, architects and a variety of process designers ranging from coastal to WWT to coal washing. As a general working ethos, Terry is committed to drawing on and developing the skills of a team, without losing sight of either opportunities or deadlines.
In many ways he sees the role of the structural designer as the bridge between the conceptual world of hydraulics and biological processes and the stark reality of concrete pour sequences and the construction process. The ever constant objective is the elimination of unnecessary construction costs.

Dermot Murray
Key Competencies
Dermot is the only non engineering director on the Bonacci Board and as such offers a different viewpoint in his contribution to directors meetings and the general management of the Group. Dermot is responsible for all non engineering activities, including financial management, corporate governance, human resources Q.A. and contract management. He has a very hands on style and keeps close project / risk management control on projects as they progress through the various design and construction phases. His academic mix of accounting / corporate governance and organizational behaviour / applied psychology allows him look at problems from various viewpoints.
In short, Dermot’s position description has been described as "doing everything the engineers don’t want to do".

Stephen Payne
