Stage one includes a discount department store, two supermarkets and specialty shops. Associated site works provide 2,100 car spaces. Subsequent development includes a 10-cinema complex for Village Roadshow, with 4000 square metres of retail space, and a stand-alone medical centre adjacent to the Northern Hospital.
