This development is a 450 lot residential subdivision of a greenfield site with sensitive flora and fauna and aboriginal heritage issues to resolve. There is a strong emphasis on water sensitive urban design along a natural watercourse running through the site. The first stage included design of a retarding basin to limit outflows to pre-development levels and the use of bio-retention swales to remove sediment and nutrients from stormwater.
