The project included design of water, sewer and stormwater drainage.
110 lot residential development on a former Council tip site. The project involved liaison with environmental consultants and use of high energy impact compaction techniques to achieve pre-settlement of the deep refuse area. Pavements were then designed on the compacted fill.
